| I don't want to grow up.
I was just looking through an old yearbook of mine; my 10th grade one to be exact and I realized how many amazing friends I have and all of the crazy memories I have. Who wants to leave that? Who wants to leave the security of their life as it is now? I for one do not. I don't want to leave the awesome friends I have now just to try to make new ones. I have some of the best memories with those people that I am with now, why can't I just continue to make memories with them. I don't care what other seniors are saying...I am not ready to leave highschool. Call me a loser, nerd, or a HOMEBODY... I don't care. Truth is, I have enjoyed highschool. Why leave a good thing? Sure there are times I want out, but it is just because I need some space...I just want some time to clear my head; a vacation (that doesn't mean I don't love the memories I am making now.)
To my friends: So far my senior year has been amazing. To be frank, all of highschool has been pretty darn good. Thank you for all the laughs, tears, and good times. I have enough awesome memories to get me through the first (possibly) dreary semester of college. I love you guys. Lets make the rest of our senior year one to remember.
